

THE WINE FORTIFYING SPIRIT
Based on traditional Vermouth recipes, we macerate a variety of natural herbs, spices, fruits & bitter botanicals in British grain spirit for up to four weeks.

With the addition of grape sugars & french caramel we then rest this liquid for 12 weeks in stainless steel to allow the flavours to marry together seamlessly, before racking.

The difference between FORTIFIED and a traditional vermouth is that there is zero wine used in the production.
Over 284 million bottles of wine are wasted each year in the UK alone!
With FORTIFIED you can add a small amount to your favourite wine to create the perfect vermouth alternative.
You can even use wine that is a day or two old that you don't expect to sell.

50ml FORTIFIED : 150ml wine
200ml FORTIFIED : 600ml wine
1 glass : 3 glasses
1 bottle : 3 bottles
